Welp, after the magnitude of login errors and getting locked out for a week, I can't even install the game(Not LIVE nor PTU) now. So no PTU testing for me. Looks like the stars are not aligned for me to play in the immediate future. Time for this salvager to step back, file all reports at IC and Support and wait for 3.19. Till then I'll enjoy a cold one and hope the bugs get ironed out and CIG is able to stablize this dumpster fire of a patch before things get really out of hand.
