I slowly stopped playing since January this year and stopped completely right after the Valentine Heartseeker trailer was released on February 11th. I took a break from Eve Online for over two years after I fell in love with SC. It was the perfect space game I've always wanted until CIG kept deviating from the goals that attracted me to the game in the first place. The game isn't fun for me anymore like it used to be. Nothing has meaning. I get it's still in alpha, but it felt like the devs refuse to listen to the community that made them what they are. I've just been contemplating whether to uninstall or wait a couple of months to see some significant improvements. Don't get me wrong, so much has improved since I started playing years ago, but it's not what the backers requested/wanted. I went back to playing Eve Online. It's been over a month now, and everything I did had meaning, felt worth it, actual progress, pvp/pve when you want or don't, safe space/dangerous routes, ECONOMY!! It felt like I was part of an ecosystem. I thought/hoped SC would be my Eve 2.0; that was foolish of me, I'll admit that . And now, the game has just mutated into something that isn't meant for me anymore. I have a lot more reasons, and I'd rather not yap about them. The post is gonna be longer. Oh well, I'll still be watching the game from afar. I most definitely won't come back. Maybe I might return when sea turtles fly. Good luck everyone. Keep holding the line, I don't want this game to fail (although a tiny part of me wants it to lol.) Fly safe. o7
