With the recent release of the Polaris and Idris, the concept of the Javelin and un-named battlecruiser, and incoming engineering game play, is there anything new regarding NPC crews devs can share? Or even reaffirm earlier plans? While it's true capital ships aren't meant to be soloed, part of the reason many of us pledged capital ships is because of the earlier promise that you can play with real crew, or NPC crew. Lets face it, most days it's impossible to get 10 people on one ship, if not the 50 some of these ships are spec-ed to need. The reason many backers still pledged for the ships is because NPC crews was presented as an option. However, since the original plans and promises were shared by a CIG dev that has since left the company, I hope there it isn't unreasonable to ask for a reaffirmation of what is planned or has anything changed.
