since im asking this here you can probably tell that me and others see here a big problem. and since tickets with proofs of such things are being answered with "you will get no answer because other player info" and threads tackeling the issue in public are being removed for whatever reason. we need to seriously what are you doin about it? i get its a pre alpha and all that, and i might be wrong, but isnt heressing specific players over the course of entire months, to the point they dont play is against the ruls? and even if not, isnt a clear repeating videos confirming of those players hacking. shouldnt that needs to be delt with? let me give you a similar case to that, ED had an issue with combat logging and hacking. under the rule of "no name and shame" (which im sure thats why CIG removed those threads) they solved it by asking players to send video proof in a ticket and "it will be handled". thing is evry one knew they didnt and over the years the problem just got bigger, so a group of players invastigated and made a test. the reported eachother via houndreds of accounts with proof and guess what? "0 views" and not even a worning. well, from there it got to the press and for an entire week all you could see was hackers and combat loggers by the houndreds because they knew nothing will happen to them. and they were right. the "handling" came as wornings eventualy and i think a few cases of 3 day ban, things got back to normal, hackers kind of dissapeared and combat logging contineued to be the 31st century's HIV. for many people it killed the game, and i been playing it for nearly 3 years and 1.5 competitive. for many others it was the exploits that never got fixed and broke the game's economy, but at the end any one with one eye and half a brain saw nothing will ever change there. you can check their avarage players vs copies sold you will see what i mean. what im trying to say here, we know who those players are, we made complaints quietly and they were ignored. we made it public and you shut it down, yet those group of people still untouched, still haressing people, and still hacking. we are not asking for a purge here, just for some decency for poeple that pay hundreds and some thousands of dolars and find them selfs leaving a server just to be followed to the next one, with laser precision because THEY ARE HACKING and they know exactly who is on and where, in the ship, out the ship ,location.... you saw the video..... honestly i do not care if they get banned or forced to change theyr handle and told to lay low, not hack or whatever. i can deal with griefers, not with cheaters. we know, exploits will take time, alot of time. but please cut off the hackers now! with love - pretty much any one that hate hacking.
