So at the moment Efficiency cores in the latest gen intel processes don't work well with SC and although the mean FPS is not effected much the 1% fps is greatly effected with micro stutters, which is more what you feel when playing rather than the mean. Disabling the E-cores resolves this issue - it can be clearly seen on dying star map in Arena commander. The theory is that SC just utilizes all the cores not understanding that the E-cores are much slower, (indeed it can be se seen in task manager that all cores are used), then the slower cores cause bottlenecks which result in microstuttering. Regardless of why it happens, empirically it is seen that disabling them resolves the stuttering. So as it is not great to have an i9-12900k and disable half the cores in the Bios, are you planning on efficiently utilizing efficiency cores? as in either giving them tasks in which this does not happen or just not using them, so that the e-cores can focus on windows, discord and other background tasks etc. with the p-cores then only used only by SC? Edit: @BoxximusPrime provided this nice link from intel on how game devs can make use of the P and E cores https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/guide/alder-lake-developer-guide.html also issue council link (please upvote if you have this issue) : https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-32843
