With the upcoming 4.0 patch and the announced Engineering systems, big ships finally get some more multicrew usage. We also get a large new system, where distances to travel matter even more. But why isn't bedlogging part of a multicrew step up yet? We could use our bigger ships, to continue our journey after logging out and stay together with a crew. Its a bit mixed with Ask The Devs and Game Ideas ik, but i just wanted to ask if my idea I will state below is thought about or maybe even being worked on. The idea here is to properly integrate bedlogging into PES: - If a player logs out inside a bed of a proper ship and rejoins, he will spawn in the bed. The other players would see the player laying in the bed all the time. - If a player logs out just standing around inside the ships and rejoins, he will spawn in the station/city he was last in, like the current system. (So the pilot doesn't have to bring this one player to a station just so he can go offline/or he doesn't want to play with the crew no more) - If all players from the ship logout (bedlog or quit) the server will remember ship location and configuration and will stream it out. --> Once 1 player from the bedlogged-out players rejoins, the ship will be streamed in again. --> This would hold a crew way longer together, you don't need to travel across the universe to pick up all your friends for missions. Looking forward to your thoughts and answers. o7
