Hey CIG, Kudos to you guys for bringing the game to a playable state. It captures the imagination like nothing else I've ever played, and is more than addicting. You guys have the numbers to show it too, on multiple occasions you have boasted about the rise in player engagement. You have 600 people per shard. It's amazing. But it's also highlighting a severe issue, and it is your lack of moderation of the chat in this live service game. The amount of hate speech and disgusting content that is in your game on a daily basis is tragic. I invite the community managers and team at CIG to just sit in game and watch chat, I'm convinced you will find what I'm speaking of. I'm curious to know what priority you're placing on this, and ensuring this doesn't become the game known as a haven for bad actors. F12 shouldn't be a requirement to enjoy your game. Thanks!
