So from what I know about SC lore, you need to have served in the military to be an official Citizen. My character was born in outlaw space and never served. But he is a high ranking member of the Civilian Defense Force. Is it possible for him to gain citizenship from the CDF. Like as a reward for helping fight off Xenothreat maybe?!
