I guess this is a question especially for @YogiKlatt-CIG Me and many other people using button panels with switches have the same problem: almost all keybinds in SC are toggle buttons. We have some buttons that con also be "hold" buttons, like ESP, G-force safety, speed limiter... even couple/decoupled mode There are other keybinds that also have their separated On and Off keybinds (Power, Thrusters, Shields and Weapons), which is awesome for those switches that are considered like different buttons when they are in each of their On/Off states. But could it be possible to have all these toggle keybinds to also be a hold keybind? So far, the list of things that could use such type of keybinding (in my opinion) are: Mining mode Scanning mode QT mode Missile operator mode Cruise control Landing system VTOL Docking mode Lead/Lad reticle Fire mining laser Weapons fire mode Power On/off Thrusters On/off Shields On/off Weapons On/off There are other keybinds that are not toggles but cycles. The "Cycle gimbal assist / Standard gimbal / Gimbal lock modes" is the best example. Having the 3 different modes separated so we could freely select what we want without cycling through the list would be also great. And to be perfectly clear, when I talk about a [hold] option, I mean that as long as you are pressing the button/switch, the function keeps being activated. This is great for button panels with switches, because you just turn the switch on and the functionallity turns on with it as long as the switch is kept in that state. And of course, it would be an aditional way of using a keybind, not a replacement of what we have.
