hey there regarding last evo patch note Law System Updates : It is no longer illegal to damage, destroy, tow, scrape, or structurally salvage an unowned vehicle. It is no longer illegal to tow ships outside of green zones. what is the exact definition of an unowned vehicle ? if a vehicle become unowned just because you leave it to buy / sell good there is an obvious exploit possibility guys will just steal our ship with a SRV as soon as we left it if that's not already the case, CIG should implement some kind of a timer before a ship become "unowned" can a dev or an evocati give us some answers ?
