Hey folks! Discussing proposed atmospheric flight i was introduced to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68XCYAT7vLE&t=54m What was really concerning was the comment about potential stall speeds when flying in atmospheric flight / a gravity well. Is there word on whether or not this is planned? This is a very unrealistic (and unfun) proposal... These craft have to maneuver in three dimensions outside of a gravity well and therefore the front thrusters, the side thrusters, top and bottom all have to be able to provide multiple g's of acceleration to the mass of the craft. Just to pull off a 300m/s turn with only 3 seconds of craft drift requires thrusters capable of providing 10g of acceleration as well as the drive thrusters on the back of the craft. Keeping it aloft in the gravity well of a 1g earthlike planet or smaller should be child's play..... (unless we start calculating cargo weight which may weigh far far far more than the craft!) Additionally to note. It's a big deal for me because I kind of bought a pledge for Star Citizen, not Ace Combat 30th century....
