I was talking with a friend who has a game package but doesn't play very much and something that they brought up made me curious, what exactly are we farming UEC for? Sure, we can buy bigger and cooler ships, or better components, but to do what? As far as I know the vanduul war isn't coming to the PU for a very long time, if ever, and there hasn't really been an overarching story that brings everything together yet. Is the idea to just keep is a secret until it drops? Because I think if some people who don't follow the project as closely could see some direction as to what they were grinding for, it might encourage them to get in and play earlier so that they feel like they have an advantage when the "end game" raid / mission / story is released to the PU., I hope you know I don't mean we need to be told every thing that you guys might have planned, and honestly I enjoy the game without having some end game that I need to grind for at this time, but I was curious about the idea of what end game content might look like is currently.
