Whilst I’m as happy as the next backer to learn that we’re getting the new Genesis system before long, I can’t help but wonder how we’re going to enjoy those beautiful planets, when ground vehicles are in such a bad way. Physics has always been a serious problem for Star Citizen, in particular for ground vehicles. Handling is clunky, vehicles bounce of the own free will, clip through elevators, get obliterated by the smallest of objects on the ground And in general have not kept up with the continued development of the engine. So my question is, what’s the plan? Will vehicle handing and physics in general see a marked improvement any time soon to allow us to really enjoy Genesis’ up coming vistas? Will Genesis itself provide any improvements to physics? Or, is this problem deeply nested within the engine and needing a rewrite of its own? @ABrown_CIG id love to here from you on this if you can provide any insight!
