I don't know if this question is against the rules. Honestly I cannot find it. But the question is not just for me but all investors. What is the magic number before we get interaction from the CIG team and get our questions answered? I know what the magic number should be but real talk, what is it? How much do I or other players need to give before you talk to us. And I mean in conversations where the player doesn't always have to start off with. "ok i love the project and everything it stands for, and the ships are great, your great, everyone is great..." cause i see that often and still those go unanswered. I mean will you have to deal with a disgruntled person from time to time? Yes if you dropped a couple hundred to a grand or 2 or 3 in something and those you invested in was ignoring you. You probably might be a little off balance, right? But that's why you are getting paid... by us essentially, the customer. Customer service. And you got to deal with people like me, the no nonsense type. And there are a lot of people that share my mentality that praises when you achieve and condemns when fail. Why would we praise failure, nor should we excuse it. We ask tough questions, we expect straight forward answers or an "I don't know but I will find out." There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying "I don't know but I will find out." But don't lie. We deserve better in this forum. And if you continue to ignore those that essentially made it possible for you to pay your mortgage/rent and support your families... ooof hell I don't think i could look at myself in the mirror if I did that. Don't send those guys that are not CIG employees that live, eat, sleep and breath spectrum forum. Because this is Ask the Dev's not Ask the extension of the devs. So can we have a conversation?
