I'm going to ask please, please, for the upper management at CIG to start promoting BIPOC, women, and intersectional, underprivileged people of all descriptions. If you can't find them, I recommend hiring someone to headhunt for you full time. In so many ways, Star Citizen is paving a better future for gaming, gamers, and media in general. This is one department where leadership is CLEARLY needed. Please, apply the courage that has defined CIG's development process to this problem. If you open the doors before anyone else, you WILL wind up with the best talent - and not just the most diverse.
