Suggestions on Issues with Organization design As an Org leader for an Exclusive org, I am having a few issues I would like to put forward so that they may hopefully be addressed as the Organizations part of things is being developed. 1)Currently I can not see if someone has been part of a different Organization then left that Org before applying to my org for membership. I have had issues with people doing this simply to "infiltrate" the Org, cause issues or get our training materials then only to leave with a "Thanks for all the stuff my actual org will love it" type departures. By being able to see if they have been members of other groups prior to mine even if they have left them would be of great usefulness for myself or any Org leader actually in selecting possible candidates. 2) I can see if a person is redacted but it seems at times I can not see if someone has a "Hidden" option selected for any of their organizations. There should be an option understood by all, that if you select "JOIN US" that these as well will become visible to the Specific organization you are trying to join. So the org leader and recruiters for said org would see you have so many orgs set as Redacted and so many set as hidden as well as with number 1 above, so many you have been a member of prior then left. We would not need to see what or who those orgs are only that you have then set as such and are a part of same. EXAMPLE: Samual Jones Redacted 3 Hidden 4 Priors 1 3) The same would apply as per number 2 above, that once you join a organization, that if you then were part of or become later a member of other Orgs, again the Org leaders of each would be able to see if you were also part of any Redacted as well as Hidden organizations.
