As an example, the Pembroke and Novikov armor storage capacity bug, which makes them useless for hand mining (their primary in-game use prior to 3.10), is apparently know by CIG, because this ticket of mine for the current PTU build was invalidated: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/issue-council/star-citizen-alpha-3/STARC-128708-Pembroke_andamp__Novikov_Inventory_Space___0 For me, the issue with this is that it's not shown as a known bug of 3.10.2-ptu.6035163 or 3.10.2-live.5910184 for that matter. If CIG knows that it's a bug, then it should be acknowledged as such somewhere where it can be referenced, so we aren't all wasting our time on bugs that are already known by CIG. Transparency requires that the known bugs be publicly acknowledged in one, easy to search list. The patch notes are the most logical place to do this. If the argument is that there are too many bugs, I don't buy it. CIG has to have this list somewhere, and we all know the game is in a bug-filled alpha state. Better we're all on the same page about exactly how buggy the game is. In addition, it's possible that our thousands of daily alpha testers might make connections between known bugs that the developers simply haven't. If the game's funding can be crowd-sourced, so can it's development, and we ought to have the minimum tools at our disposal to help CIG do it's job. So, my "ask the devs" question is: Can we get an actual list of CIG acknowledged issues? If there's not time for 3.11, that's fine. 3.12 could be that time. Let's start the New Year with a new, more open chapter in the history of the development of this project. Help us help you! Edit for clarity: It’s obvious that the known issues list in patch notes is not comprehensive. It’s not really obvious why those issues are listed and not others, when there are many more known issues.
