More than 11000 accounts have reported/confirmed a ticket about a total service interruption, meaning they simply cannot get into a server. I know that because I counted them on the issue tracker. Using only the tickets under "confirmed" status, and never older than 3 weeks old. Character repair does nothing. Character reset doesnt exist anymore. Support is not granted anything the players dont have (theirs own words). AC tricks dont works etc. (I 've tried _everything_ even the workarrounds for other bugs) This bug has plagged every version since 3.18. Some players havent been able to log into a server since 2 month. Bug has been reproduced on 3.19.1 PTU as well. Some patch its my friends that are bugged for a month, now its my turn. I kinda want to play a multiplayer game with other poeple. If poeple are getting randomly plucked out .. The issue is not even acknoledged, and yet every crew I meet currently has some poeple bugged. So, can we have at least get some info on this ? Last developper that spoke on the subject was not aware of the issue and advised to contact the support. So is someone aware of it ? Is there a plan ? Is there someone working on a fix ? Is there a workarround in the making ? Is it gonna be a PES thing to deal with forever ? I can hear that its not a priority. Its fine. Frustrating but fine. But please say something ?
