Now that SQ42 has officially moved to Q2 2027, do you think we can hope for some concrete info, or even a public tech demo, on the New Flight Model? In the same letter, C.Roberts mentioned that resources were regularly pulled from SQ42 to help ship PU patches. If that was a real constraint, then a longer runway on the SQ42 side should also mean a bit more breathing room on the PU side, and hopefully more space to talk about the deeper systemic work. The NFM feels like a natural candidate. The flight team has said several times that the model was largely settled for SQ42 and that the remaining effort was tuning it for the PU, where balance, ship archetypes and PvP make things a lot more complex. So the tech exists and it flies. A lot of us have simply been curious to see it in action since Master Modes arrived. October is already going to be a communication moment with the SQ42 previews for creators and backers, so it could be a good opportunity for a flight model deep dive as well. Nothing dramatic, just a dev build with a couple of ships and no promised patch number would already be very welcome. Flight is the core of the game for a lot of players, and seeing where the model stands would do a lot for confidence.
