Hello there, After backing this game for MANY MANY MANY years.. I experienced several people whom i met in this game.. Which gave me a lot of joy and fun talking about ships and a possible future within this game. However as good as it was, there were also moments that were sad as well. Like for example people whom backed a specific ship like the MSR (mercury star runner) and right before its release the person passed away. Or the Hercules series, that were released that gave a lot of fun, but also sad times for knowing someone whom pledged it and that person passed away as well. While with both the MSR and the Hercules series we had a lot of fun. Still we were faced with the fact that its also for us all a chance to not even see the ships we pledged for even becoming reality. While my age isn't that high, but still it makes me wonder why we as old backers. Some even Kickstarter ones, are being punished so hard for our ships not being worked on. The issue is more that the old concepts should be worked on first and then the newer concepts/reworks (mk2 for example) I'm sure there won't be any reaction what so ever from cig. I guess they are like we have the money already, but still it makes a sour face. Especially when the ships being worked on are "newer" concepts some even a few years or not even a year old. Not to mention the fact about all new straight to fly ships for people hoping to buy new stuff. At some point people get frustrated seeing time after time the ships they are dreaming for years not being worked on. Or another example telling there will come more information at the end of the year... And then nothing for the next years about said ship. The last example was about the crucible as John Crewe stated a few years back on a official SC video. Yet 0. I am going to leave it with that, for me it is at least a reason i stopped adding money towards this project. And i am not the only one. Hopefully cig will rather add people and work towards the backlog of ships, instead of adding new vehicles and finish the game(s) finally.
