As the title suggests with the introduction of cargo decks in 3.11 will this mean we will finally be able to sell cargo from a stolen ship? To be clear I am talking about boarding a traders ship, taking it from them and taking it to a cargo deck (perhaps an illegal one at grim hex for example) then using the cargo deck to sell the cargo from the stolen ship? Is this sort of functionality being thought of or are cargo decks not going to be anywhere close to this? This is pretty much the final step required to close out tier 0 of piracy in my mind as right now blowing up ships, collecting cargo is tedious and extremely time consuming. Not to mention not profitable.....
