Hi Cig Employees, I've have experienced similar outage like the one we are currently experiencing with the 3.18 lunch, usually when a similar outage like this happens especially with customer impact, a detailed blameless Postmortem is created. It provides an autopsy of the outage: - How it happens? - What worked? - What didn't? - Where we got lucky? - Tools that worked, tools that didn't worked. Everyone involved on the incident is invited to contribute to fill the gaps at the the post mortem then it is shared across the company. This teaches everyone on what works, what doesn't and how to better handle a similar incident. Does CIG does anything similar to this? in case it doesn't could we use this incident to start it? I don't expect it to become public, but it can be a step into the right direction on how to make CIG's systems more reliable.
