As a game mechanic, quantum sensitive materials make sense, but I'm curious what it's role is in the universe. What are the logistics and economics for a material that can't be transported via quantum drive? Does this mean it has to take the slow boat from planet to planet? What is it used for? Can objects that incorporate this material able be transported via QD? If so, why is it different? Thanks for all you do. Looking forward to the technobabble.
