Many players run their PC desktops at 1080p, this game's minimum specs will never ever run SC at playable frame rates at 1080p in borderless window. My friend for one has to drop to 1600x900 with his 4790k and GTX970 to get near 30fps. This is a silly change and suggests bad things about CIG that i will not mention specifically! Fullscreen is definitely not an outdated mode, who the heck said this?? It's unacceptable for low/minimum spec players to be forced to drop their desktop resolution JUST to play this game in borderless mode at acceptable frame rates!
