Short story: My MFD was not allowing me to OC a weapon, I would have thought it was a MFD bug, but I saw the BwIn was 0.003, it recovered, and then the MFD worked! Many IC bugs may in fact be false alarms caused by stability/congestion/server-performance issues... an icon somewhere on screen showing a low BwIn that has persisted for a second, would be very useful, would it be very difficult to add?
