Since my computer isn't capable of running SC, I've not been aware of the speed our model is capable of running. Seeing a video posted the other day it appears that our model is running just under 20 kmph. This is just a tiny bit under the world record marathon speed of 20.9 kmph. In fact, the average 18 to 35 year old male runner in the Boston Marathon will average just under 14 kmph. Since our health and stamina are being taken into account during combat maneuvers I would hope the plan is to make our potential running speed realistic too, particularly when wearing environmental suits, armor and carrying weapons.
