Will we have the ability to declare war upon an Organization and therein, it's members? For example, I get tired of getting blown up by a member of "X" corp, this is not griefing mind you, they are well within their rights to simply blow me up at any time according to the TOS, so can my corp then declare war upon that member's Corp and actively attack them without legal repercussions in controlled space, armistice zones not withstanding? Will we be able to open fire upon all members of the corp that has been declared war upon? Eve Online allows you to do this, giving all members of that Org a set amount of time BEFORE war is active. To either leave that Corp or for the leaders to sue for peace or otherwise come to some agreement before any shots are fired.
