I've noticed that there are many larger mining and salvaging ships that are designed to be crewed by multiple people, and many of these ships leave little to nothing for the pilot to do. Is there any intent to slave some of the capabilities to the pilot? The Mole and Moth both have that misplaced ladders right in front of the cockpit, and I'm curious what the data shows for how these ships are primarily being used. For the Moth, are people even scraping, or are they just breaking apart the ships since that is all the pilot can do? How many players are getting out of the pilot seat in the Mole to go man the mining turret? Is there any chance that these forward stations can be removed and replaced with an elevator that allows for easy access to the operational spaces? Is there any chance that CGI will allow pilots to do more than just chauffeur miners and scrapers around? I ask these questions because I am concerned around what progression will exist for primarily solo players. With the way these ships are designed right now, solo players will struggle to progress past 1SCU boxes and small ships.
