I have been wondering about this for a while: where do the bad guys arrive from? Is the underground bunkers far larger with more levels than what we are allowed to enter? and how did the bad guys get there when there are no ships around? are they all hiding inside the bunkers like vaulters from fallout? i get it from a game perspective, they spawn in a elevator and that is that, but what about the lore?
