After a hiatus I've been spending a ton of time getting back into flight - Setting up my vJoy, bindings, curves, voice attack, head tracking, etc. I'm really enjoying just moving around the verse again & the flight model has improved dramatically since my memory of it a few patches ago. The only thing that doesn't feel good to me now is the space brake, it feels grabby and unpredictable, I suppose because output depends on some variables (limiters, ship rotation, thruster placement, etc). Currently it's my understanding that Space Brake is bound to a button (on/off state) and it is affected by either/both the speed limiter & thrust limiter (which can be boosted). This works well enough to scrub speed when making landings and planned maneuvers, but it feels like it lacks finesse to really make it useful for combat, racing, low flight, etc. Has any thought been given to the ability for us to bind Space Brake to an analog axis & allow us full range of control over it's deployment? Cheers
