I know account resets are shut down, and according to most people, wont be coming back. But for those of us stuck on the infinite loading screen, with no solution in sight, can you not provide the ability to delete our current character and create a new one, along with keeping our ship? Or even delete it for us if we can show proof that we are unable to log in to the game? Is this something that is possible for you to allow, and then discontinue once you can figure out the issue? There are a TON of people in the same situation as me, we just want to be able to enjoy the game we paid to have access to, that's all.
