Hello CIG: First of all, I'd like to say that I really appreciate the implementation of the new lore and storytelling mechanic through the audio logs found in the Lazarus Initiative outposts. It's a fantastic way to build the world and its history. However, as both a player and a member of the community's Spanish translation team, I would like to formally suggest the inclusion of text subtitles for these audio logs. This feature would be incredibly beneficial for two main reasons: Accessibility for All Players: For many players who are not native English speakers, it can be challenging to fully understand the audio. The combination of recording effects, in-game environmental sounds, and fast-paced English speech can make crucial details easy to miss. Subtitles would make this content more intelligible and accessible for everyone. Support for Community Translations: Having a text source for these audio logs is essential for the community translation teams. I am confident that my colleagues working on the German, French, Italian, Greek, Russian, Chinese, and LATAM Spanish translations would agree that having official subtitles would be a tremendous help. It would allow us to accurately translate this new lore and bring it to the non-English speaking portions of our community. Thank you for your hard work and for considering this suggestion. It would be a great quality-of-life improvement and a massive support for the international community.
