In line with the stated commitment to treat backers like they were a publisher or investor, I would like to formally request an update on where we are with the economy systems overall, above and beyond the information shared in this ISC My questions really are below, many of which can be addressed via a simple black and white answer: Tony Z said quantum was already integrated into the game here. Whats the status of this please. Is it still there, does it work, was it removed, are the new economy team still building on this? What was the culmination of the work Tony Z did with the subcontracted company that was working on the Quantum Economy Simulation? Is the current economy team continuing this work, using what Tony Z produced, or are they starting over? If they are continuing from where Tony Z left off, what is the status of the tools he created, are they still in use or are they obselete etc. What is the status of Quantum - Video What is the status of development work on Quanta - Video What is the status of the Quanta view typescript tool from 5 years ago (2021) - Video What is the status of the Odin tool - Video What is the status of the Job Service for Quanta - Video What is the status of Vitrual AI - Video What is the true status of Dynamic Events - Video What is the status of Quasar - Video If the current economy team are staring over, what went wrong with the original plan, and what was learned? What needs to be different moving forward? Copium question - When. In October 2023 Benoit said "The Quanta simulation is in a good place at the moment but lives in a closed system.. We want the sim to make a difference to your play experience and so for the moment, have paused its development in favor of developing the gameplay systems the game needs for the sim to hook on, economy and otherwise." - What is the state of progress on "the gameplay systems" and is the QS still "in a good place" or has anything changed? Tony Z consistently refers to all the work he did collectively as "we have developed" as though these tools where built, were working well and in a good state of completion. Its been 5 or so years since and the only update was the ISC I linked at the start and a comment from Benoit in the interim, which only really gave us vague information; none of the questions above were really answered one way or another. There has been a new dedicated economy team in place for a short while now, and I would like to better understand the answers to these questions.
