I have no idea why the 3.18 launch went so wrong, as the PTU was in an acceptable place. I know that members of the dev team were and are working hard, often unseen behind the scenes and without fanfare. This weekend, I too had to completely refactor a piece of my own code. At my work, we have entered crunch mode, something that we have never really had to do. I worked a full day on Saturday and 15 hours on Sunday. So I can tell everyone that it really sucks and it does happen. And when we change one thing, even what seems to be a simple single line or by adding a single property to an object, it can break completely and/or seemingly unrelated code. So CIG Devs, I have a message for you!!!! Yeah it sucks when things go wrong. Yeah we expect much much, and often if we are truthful, too much from you. We expect you to be perfect and flawless. We expect you to eat your meals at your desk, surely not rest and damn right we expect you to be there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That is because we are hungry addicted SC gits! Withdrawal can be a bitch and when we cannot score to feed the beast, we get frustrated if not a bit angry. But I hope there will always be a significant population in our crazed den of junkies who can take the time to simply and sincerely say "THANK YOU"! We truly do appreciate you, and maybe at times we can admit that we even admire you.)
