In the latest Audio Team Roundtable Bob Rissolo mentioned the limits of voice talent. I have an idea that I've been thinking about for a while now. Something you could do is put out a general open request for players to submit audio clips of dialog related to various random situations. For example shop clerks or varying ATC radio dialog. Not necessarily scripted. Just clips that people can come up with on their own for various situations that they think would fit into the SC universe. I am sure that many players, like me, would be totally willing to sign a release and volunteer audio for this purpose. Especially knowing that your voice could be in a video game! Maybe you could even offer UEC or discounts for the clips that are finally used in the game. This would give you guys a bank of possible audio assets to draw from and save your voice talent budget for more important dialog. You could even have the community vote on their favorite clips so that the devs don't have to waist their important time sorting them. Also, Since the subject of in universe bands came up, you could use a similar system for original music submissions too. Up and coming musical artists (That are also fans of SC) could submit their music royalty free and then, if chosen, be able to use the fact that their work is featured in a video game to advance their music careers. Anyway, I hope you find these ideas useful and I thank you all for the long hours you put into this project. Star citizen is, in my opinion, the best space game ever!!!!! And, my favorite video game in general! Thanks -Brink
