Edited: Some of the issues below have been partially resolved, but not all of them, and not to a degree that makes this a really playable experience. Will update again when more changes have been made, please check the most recent replies for current status. Q: Can you see how many potential targets are in the picture below, or how far they are? Hey, guys! Greatly appreciate everything you're doing and the crunch you must be under for 4.0. However I'm hearing that the following issues haven't been addressed in the most recent PTU/Evo patches yet: Unable to see player names https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-134048 Bounty hunter target ships don't show a name https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-130775 Party markers missing https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-124715 Party names not visible, only markers visible https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-141791 MFD: Target Status - does not show distance https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-133491 Sub-Targeting or keybind does not work https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-76731 Radar scale issues Additionally, the new radar auto-adjusting scale is simply not good functionality. It leaves you completely unaware of your surroundings by default and when clearing target. The radar should: Be locked by default (auto-scaling is honestly not useful in any scenario) Set to a mid-range scale by default (10km or more max range) Have visible, clickable controls to indicate that radar can be adjusted Have keybinds that can adjust these same settings These issues overshadow all starship player experience and content in Star Citizen and make the game extremely painful. Please make this a priority for the next patch if at all possible ! A: 13, somewhere outside of 1km, which is the useless, default range of the radar.
