There's been some chatter about using Cheat engine to run 3.0 in offline mode, some are saying its against TOS, some say its 100% legit as long as you're not using the software to actually cheat. So what is CIG's say on this issue? IS it against TOS to be using Cheat Engine in this method?? or is this specific use case Ok in CIG's eyes???
