I understand very well how "shit happens" and I don't want that all of you can think something like "oh no, that was a false step, we shouldn't say something like that ever again, no deadlines evah" because I personally like have deadlines. They give me the insight of what the plans are and what to reasonably expect in a given time without being in doubt of "ok, but it's something long term or they are working on it hard now to deliver sooner?". Anyway, the point is: what happened? It was simply harder to do the remaining work? Some unexpected tech was missing? iCache "v1" was nearly done but didn't work as expected?
