Dear devs. I would like to raise the topic of long range first person shooting. Would you kindly give the community a bit of insight regarding this topic and also reconnaissance and surveillance. The current implementation of sniper rifles do not account well for gravity, wind, and the overall atmospheric density and humidity and how this impacts ballistic weapons. I suspect this game mechanic will be improved upon but myself and others would love to hear any plans regarding the topic that you may be able to share. Any comments regarding long/medium range anti-air missiles, anti-tank missiles, and systems like surface to air missiles and integrated radar systems would be greatly appreciated. Any comments regarding stationary sensors such as radar and optics like TIR and NIR and even the possibility of scanning? Any thoughts on passive or active scanning? More examples include laser painting targets for bombing runs. Missiles and torpedoes (player made air strikes). Any thoughts on optics like binoculars, rangefinders, goggles and night vision or thermal vision? And what of high magnification optics on ships/vehicles? Will we be able to counter these optical systems with special camouflage or? Thank you for reading my post. I realise you might not be able to answer all or any of my questions but thank you nonetheless. For the rest of the community I would like to hear your thoughts and feedback on this post. Thanks M8s
