Since the Carrack Expedition fix in LIVE I own nothing but the carrack expedition (made a reddit post about it a few days ago), I have no clothes nothing, in the menu my hangars aren't in there either. The game is pretty much unplayable. I obviously sent a support ticket but after 4 days still no response. I noticed devs are more responsive than support for some reason so I decided to ask here. What the hell happened?
