This is fairly simple question. When can someone who is a pirate sell the large cargo containers in a ship we steal? As it is now, the only way to be a pirate in the persistent universe is to destroy cargo ships and then scoop up what remains of their cargo in the form of those smaller carry-able cargo boxes. Would a simple solution be to just assign "legal" ownership of the cargo to whoever has physical ownership of the ship so they can be sold at kiosks at Grim Hex or Levski until a more complex piracy mechanic is added later?
