Why can we create licensed, branded, manufactured items from notable megacorporations precisely to specification in our garage? Is there lore to support the fact that I can create incredibly complex ship components better than the original manufacturer and then sell those items for profit? Who authorized us to create these items? Is there a UEE Patent office? Do Patents even exist in the UEE? Why do ship manufacturers create ships if joe blow can go craft it in his ship print-o-matic for raw resources? Are they okay with that?
