I recently upgraded my monitor to the Odyssey G9 57, which has a resolution of 7680x2160. While I wait for a GPU upgrade, I need to play at another resolution. The problem is that there is no standard 4k (3840x2160) resolution option. Obvious question of why not? Is there a config file that this resolution can be added to so as to have it show in the menu? Anyway to get this resolution added? Update: should this not be "hackable" in the meantime, I have created an IC https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-94278 Workarounds: Method #1 (Simple way) Go to {INSTALL_PATH}/Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE\USER\Client\0\Profiles\default Edit attributes.xml and change width/height settings Start-up Launcher -> game Method #2 (Not as nice) Turn on PbP mode Set game graphics to 3840x2160 Set Window Mode to window Turn off PbP mode [Optional]: Set Window Mode to borderless. This is doing the trick, but honestly, not enjoyable to have to do this to get the game to work at this resolution.
