In 3.4, there was a new area introduced in Hurston, the Central Business District, but only the bottom part of the left pillar of the headquarter can be visited. Or the building is way more massive and on the top we can see landings pads scattered all over the roof. So along my primary question, the secondary questions are : Will the upper part serve any purpose ? Will it be a secondary "spaceport" ? What about the right pillar ?
