I know that this is a question for a far future date, but I would like to take preliminary steps early if such a thing would be possible. My question: There are at present towns like GrimHex and Levski, there are outposts and orbiting bases. At some point there will be cities (like Terra) that we can 'live' in like a glorified Area 18. There may even be domiciles in Area 18 at some point. But large orgs may need much, much more than 'apartment space' or a place to lay one's head. This being the case, will larger orgs be able to build their own buildings, townships, cities on planets and locations of their own choosing? If so, how would it be done? Via pre-fab components or designs, or will we be able to hire architects and contractors to do the work? Thank you.
