Both my wife and I play SC and I had an idea that I am not even sure if its possible to do but if it is I would like to try it. I love having physical buttons knobs and the like. LOTS of them. The idea of building center pedestal where both of us could control the ship is very appealing to us. Here's the thing. I want to see if its even possible to have a Pilot Flying/Pilot not Flying setup where some of the controls are unified between both computers. For example: The throttle would be "shared" between both of our computers so that if the PNF had to say go to the engineering panel or deal with cargo the PF could still have full control of the ship. More importantly I would like to do this without redundant hardware. I was thinking about building this around a WINWING Ursa Minor 32 and Virpil's control panels. I already have the Virpil panels and would need to purchase the Ursa Minor and of course the mounting hardware.
