Hey all - I've taken the decision to revisit my Mk1 console and redo it - the first version being very scrappy and tending to have key wires come unplugged from time to time, which is why I stopped using it and dismantled it. What I'd like to do is add more than 32 buttons. I've got plans to add 2 "hats" to the mix, for shield focus and for power distribution, but I'd like to know if there's any way to increase the number without using any windows software to do it. Windows 10 should be able to accept more than 32 inputs off one device, so the limitation seems to be at the Arduino Leonardo / Pro Micro/Mini (whichever the USB compat one is) software side.
