Another day, another sim-rig rebuild. I missed having the possibility to do some racing, so I decided to go for gold and combine as many sim-rig configs into one as I could, with as few compromises as possible! Reckoned it turned out pretty damn good. The rig is set up for: Space Sims - Dual Virpil Alpha Primes, CM3 Gimbals, Control Panel #1 and #2 Regular Flight - Virpil CM2 Throttle, clutch and accellerator from pedals used for rudder Helicopters - Virpil Collective with Alpha grip Racing - Fanatec DD Pro base, F1 V2.5 wheel, Club Sport Pedals, Club Sport Shifter FPS games - Wireless Razer Naga on the right, Razer Tartarus on the left that can hinge up to reveal the Helicopter Collective Pretty much everything is perfectly placed with only two compromises; The throttle is a bit further back than ideal, any further forward and it would collide with the left stick and the Razer Tartarus. The gear shifter is a bit further forward than ideal, any further back and it would collide with the right stick The 3 main monitors are Gigabyte Aorus 48" 4k 120hz OLEDs, and the little monitor on top is a 1080p touch screen. Might swap that out for something larger at some point but it works well for discord/chat while gaming. On the left is my old setup, Alienware 55" and my old PC that I use for desktop work. Really pleased with the setup, and Star Citizen can actually be forced to run in triple screen with some editing of the attributes.xml file to set a custom resolution. Not perfect, but addictively immersive
