Based on latest PTU patch notes (https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/190049/thread/ptu-playtest-easy-anti-cheat-feedback) Devreorder has been removed from EAC white list: "Devreorder has been removed from the whitelist as it is not compatible with EAC". While I understand the necessity of an anti-cheat software and have nothing else against EAC, I'm quite disappointed in the way CIG is handling this particular issue; with just a line in PTU patch notes. After many people in the community have been building amazing setups to play the game, this feels like a slap into face for us (for crying out loud, they have this simpit category in the forum, one could expect them to support this stuff). The controller settings in the game are nowhere near the level it could work properly without any 3rd party software. But I guess we have to adapt? Does anyone have any ideas what else we could use here? I've heard good things about HidHide, but unfortunately my screen broke recently (while transferring it to my new simpit room), so I can't test it before the replacement arrives. I'm still worried about few things: The game allows to change settings for 4 controllers only. It's going to be a nasty mess trying to smash my 7 different controllers into 4 vJoy controllers. And even if I do this, I still don't have any guarantees that the game won't screw up the order of my devices, forcing me to rebind all the keys again (it takes a while...)
