A while ago i was looking around on the internet for joysticks and found they were either really expensive, or really shitty. so, considering i have a 3d printer anyway, i decided to make one myself. im fairly tech savvy so the rough design was hammered out, and it was in a functional, but bare state within days. of course, exited as i was, i wanted to test it in star citizen, it didn't work. tried E:D and it did work. after quite a bit of googling i did find more people who encountered this problem, but no real solution. Other gaming devices are recognized, its just this device. i can't even isolate the problem causing this behavior so i'm hoping for some input from the people here. I've also made a bug report about this a week ago, but no response to it yet (and by that i mean no people were able to recreate the bug or vote it invalid) so i'm suspecting im doing something wrong. and like i said before, i can't even isolate the problem, because the stick works in games, gaming devices work in star citizen, so why wont this stick? it's not even listed in i_dumpdeviceinformation does anyone have any idea where the problem could be? i'd really love to get this thing working, because im specifically making it for star citizen
